Very very tasty

My rendition on Chicago deep dish pie.



3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

2 1/4 tsp ready to rise yeast

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp granulated sugar

1 1/4 cup slightly warm water

1/4 cup MELTED butter

1/4 cup SOFTENED butter

1 olive oil for coating


4 oz pepperoni (I used lg thin slices)

8 oz Italian sausage

8 oz ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

1/2 cup green pepper diced (optional)

1 cup mushrooms (optional)

6 oz tomato paste

1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

3 cup shredded mozzarella

jar spaghetti sauce
